I have bought a plot. Where do I start?

By checking what the municipal planning rules actually allow you to build. Then the architect's design, and only then does a construction quote mean anything. We can walk you through that order.

Can you work with my own architect?

Yes, no problem. We can also suggest practices we have worked with on the island.
